Key Responsibility :

Strategic & Business Partnering

• Align people strategy with business growth, productivity, and risk objectives
  • Act as HR advisor to CEO and leadership on organization design, talent, and culture • Translate business plans into actionable workforce and capability plans

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Control

• Drive hiring strategy for business, collections, legal, and operations teams
  • Ensure manpower planning, cost discipline, and productivity benchmarks • Build scalable sourcing models for field and corporate roles

Performance & Rewards

• Implement a clear, KPI-linked performance management system
  • Design and govern variable pay, incentives, and performance-linked rewards • Ensure fairness, internal equity, and market alignment

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Own employee relations across corporate and field workforce
  • Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, inquiries, and exits • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, Shops & Establishment, and statutory requirements • Act as primary interface for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews

HR Operations & Governance

• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory compliances
  • Institutionalize HR policies, SOPs, and documentation • Strengthen governance, controls, and reporting aligned to NBFC standards

Capability, Engagement & Culture

• Drive focused learning interventions for managers and frontline teams
  • Build leadership capability and succession readiness • Lead engagement initiatives that improve retention and accountability
