Job Title: Head of Human Resources

Location: RAIPUR
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Summary

The Head of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for leading the HR function and developing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals. This role oversees all aspects of HR operations including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on HR, talent, and organizational development matters.
  • Talent Management:
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Oversee succession planning and career pathing initiatives.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement effective performance management systems.
  • Drive a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
  • Lead initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Training & Development:
  • Oversee training programs to upskill employees and leaders.
  • Foster a learning and development culture.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are legally compliant.
  • Mitigate risks related to employment practices and workplace issues.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
  • Use data and metrics to measure HR effectiveness and support decision-making.
  • Report regularly to senior management on HR KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and HR technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
