Head HR

As the Recruitment and HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for sales, operations, mid-senior roles, and strategic hires. You will play a key role in developing scalable and resilient systems for hiring, appraisals, and HR policies. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing engagement activities, conducting pulse checks, and supporting the leadership team in building a cohesive and motivated workforce. Collaborating closely with the CEO and other leaders, you will contribute to organizational planning, hiring targets, and team performance reviews. Furthermore, you will assist in enhancing employer branding through social media posts and culture showcases. Preferred qualifications include having 4-7 years of experience in HR, particularly in startup environments, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and HR operations. Prior experience in recruiting for sales, operations, analysts, and leadership positions is advantageous. Candidates with a background in startup or high-growth settings will be given preference. The ideal candidate should possess strong ownership mentality, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to execution. Being hands-on, action-oriented, and comfortable with lean operational systems will be beneficial for success in this role.,
