About the Role: We are looking for an impactful HR Executive, to own People Operations and Talent Acquisition for an EdTech venture. Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end recruitment process for Tech and Non-Tech roles. - Planning & scheduling orientation, and induction programs. - Own specific learning processes at the organization level and build operating efficiencies through analytics, budgeting, vendor management. - Enable digitization of HR processes such as payroll, performance management, leave and attendance etc. - Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies. - Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. Good To Have: - Expertise in Talent Acquisition, learning & development, talent management, and systems implementation. - Excellent communication and people management skills - Prior 2-5 years of experience at a high growth startup.
