Role Description

We are currently looking for a Head Human Resources,

As a Head HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the HR strategy to support our organization's goals. You will lead a dedicated HR team, ensuring the development and implementation of policies, programs, and practices that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities: • Strategic HR Leadership:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior management on human resources matters. • Talent Acquisition and Management:
• Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding and talent development programs. • Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee relations issues and ensure timely resolution. • Performance Management:
• Lead the performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and professional development. • Compensation and Benefits:
• Manage the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective training programs. • HR Policies and Compliance:
• Develop and update HR policies to align with best practices and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations. • HR Technology:
• Oversee the selection and implementation of HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
