Role Overview: As the Head of Human Resources in Chennai, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and cultivate a positive workplace culture. Your leadership will cover talent management, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with business goals. - Initiate programs to improve company culture, employee engagement, and retention. - Manage talent through succession planning, career planning, and HI-PO management. - Collaborate with recruiting and business partners to identify candidates for critical roles. - Analyze organizational effectiveness and propose initiatives based on business strategy. - Build collaborative relationships with HR leaders and Business Partners to execute talent strategies supporting growth objectives. - Oversee recruitment processes, employer branding strategies, and talent development programs. - Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture through policies and procedures enforcement. - Manage performance evaluation programs and address complex employee relations issues. - Design competitive compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Oversee HR systems and tools to ensure efficiency and automation. - Monitor HR metrics, reporting, and analytics to facilitate decision-making processes. Qualification Required: - 15+ years of experience in HR management within a mid-sized IT services company. - Full-time MBA/MSW (HR) qualification. - Excellent team management and stakeholder engagement skills. - Outstanding communication abilities.,
