Role & responsibilities

Head of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership

    : Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our overall business objectives. Provide thought leadership on organizational design, change management, and long-term talent strategy.
  • Talent Management

    : Lead all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development. Drive strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Culture & Employee Engagement

    : Champion our company culture by designing and implementing programs that foster a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven work environment. Manage feedback mechanisms and lead action plans to improve engagement.
  • Performance Management

    : Oversee the performance management system, ensuring it promotes a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and goal alignment.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    : Lead the compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring our programs are competitive, equitable, and align with market benchmarks.
  • Learning & Development

    : Establish a strong learning culture by developing programs that enhance skills and capabilities across all levels of the organization.
  • HR Compliance & Analytics

    : Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and best practices to mitigate risk. Use data and HR metrics to inform business decisions and optimize HR operations.
  • Team Leadership

    : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team, providing expert guidance to both team members and business leaders.

Qualifications

  • Experience

    : A minimum of

    13years of total experience

    in Human Resources, with at least

    5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Education

    : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or PGDM is preferred.
  • Skills

    : You must have in-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential.
