As Head HR at REAPPL, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with all statutory labor laws, Factory Act provisions, and company policies. - Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and morale. - Address employee grievances through structured grievance redressal procedures. - Ensure harmonious employee relations. - Partner with functional heads to understand manpower requirements and drive effective recruitment. - Lead onboarding, training, and capability-building programs to align with business needs. - Drive performance management processes, ensuring timely appraisals, constructive feedback, and career development. - Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity. - Oversee plant administration, including transport, travel, office management, and facility management. - Act as a strategic partner in plant operations, change management, and timely project completion. - Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to implement HR policies, systems, and best practices. - Supervise security services and CSR activities at the plant. Qualifications Required for this role: - Postgraduate in HR/IR/Personnel Management (MBA/MSW/PGDM or equivalent). - 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing/plant HR. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations. - Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance and contract workforce management. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change. - Crisis management and problem-solving ability. - High integrity, resilience, and business acumen.
