Position 1: Lead VAP Marketing
The Opportunity:
- Strong understanding of Steel Making/SMS/Secondary steel making in terms of Plant Operations/Technical/Process etc. and application of Various Slag Conditioners (namely Calcium Aluminate, Briquette, High Al Slag conditioners etc.) in Steel making.
- Excellent process knowledge of EAF lining, design, operations & products. Process knowledge of producing Ferro Alloys will be of added advantage.
- Understanding of impact/savings by use of slag conditioners in steel making – in terms of Aluminum product-based reduction, slag chemistry, Steel properties enhancement etc.
- Knowledge of chemistry and processes in secondary steel making. Cost of inputs of all processes.
- Good Communication is highly essential.
- Shall drive the marketing actions for Runaya. Will be also responsible for product making depending on the customer requirements. Expected to travel to various industries to ensure effective execution of marketing efforts resulting in receiving of successful orders, will supervise and ensure successful trials at Steel plants & build a long-term customer base.

- B. Tech Metallurgy only
- Preferably 4-5 Yrs of operational experience in Steel Plants-SMS division

Position 2: Lead Operations - VAP
The Opportunity:
- Excellent working & process knowledge of EAF operations to achieve the best consumption parameters along with maximum production. EAF design & furnace lining knowledge is must for this role.
- Strong understanding of Steel Making (SMS)/Secondary steel making in terms of Plant Operations/Technical/Process etc.
- Process knowledge of producing Ferro Alloys (LCFC/HCFC) will be of added advantage.
- Must have strong understanding of impact/savings by use of slag conditioners in steel making – slag making or slag chemistry, aluminum product-based reduction, conditioners for steel properties enhancement etc.
- Able to work in rotating shifts and provide adequate training on EAF operations to team members.
- Good Communication skill is highly essential.
The Successful Candidate:
- 4-5 Yrs of operational experience in Steel Plants-SMS division or Ferro Alloys industry.
- B. Tech (Metallurgy/Chemical/Mechanical)

Position 3: Lead Operations
The Opportunity:
- Lead and manage all aspects of operations and execution.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize productivity.
- Ensure adherence to the highest safety standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives to create a safe working environment.
- Oversee inventory management of raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including production supervisors and maintenance personnel.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team.
The Successful Candidate:
- B. Tech in Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical with 1-4 years of experience in Smelting & Leaching Or Bsc. (Chemistry/Physics) with 3 to 8 years of experience.

Position 4: Lead Maintenance
The Opportunity:
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for equipment procurement and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and program logic descriptions.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of equipment, including motors, transformers, switchgear, control panels, Gearbox, pump and lighting systems.
- Diagnose faults and implement repairs efficiently, minimizing downtime and production losses.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and safety checks of electrical installations and equipment isolations, permit to work etc.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and electrical system performance.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
The Successful Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience.
- Experience in developing and implementing PLC programs for industrial applications, Electrical principles.
- Strong understanding of electrical principles, power distribution systems, and motor control.
