Job Overview:
The Head of Human Resources (HR Head) will lead and oversee the HR department, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's goals. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's business strategy. Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and opportunities. Lead and manage HR programs, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits.Recruitment Management:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent. Develop and implement talent development programs, including training, succession planning, and leadership development. Monitor and manage employee performance and engagement to ensure a high-performance culture.Policy and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and legal requirements. Handle complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to management on HR matters. Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.Administration:
Oversee the HR team, providing leadership, coaching, and support. Manage HR budgets and resources effectively. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; a Post-Graduation is preferred.
- At least ten years of experience in HR management or senior HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR functions and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
