Role:

talent acquisition, HR compliance, and HR operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

• Build and execute hiring strategies for store staff, frontline, and corporate roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including workforce planning for new outlets.
• Develop a talent pipeline and employer branding initiatives.

2. HR Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, the Shops & Establishments Act, and other statutory requirements.
• Implement HR policies, employee contracts, and audit-ready documentation.
• Monitor adherence to retail workforce regulations and ethical standards.

3. HR Operations

• Set up scalable HR systems and processes for payroll, attendance, onboarding, and exit management.
• Drive employee engagement, grievance redressal, and retention programs.
• Manage the performance management framework and employee benefits administration.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.
• 10 to 16 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to

  talent acquisition, compliance & HR operations.

• Prior experience in Retail/FMCG/consumer-facing organizations is preferred.
• Proven track record of setting up HR frameworks in growth-stage/start-up environments.
