Key Responsibilities

Lead the Aroma Chemicals/Essential Oil business vertical, driving overall strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion for the Flavors & Fragrances (F&F) division.
Define and execute long-term business plans for Aroma Chemicals or Essential Oils, ensuring strong positioning in domestic and international markets.
Own key customer relationships, steer enterprise-level negotiations, and oversee onboarding and retention of strategic accounts.
Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and high-value customer segments to strengthen the company’s market footprint.
Conduct deep market intelligence—analyzing global trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to guide strategic decisions.
Design and implement marketing, branding, and go-to-market strategies to enhance visibility and product penetration across markets.
Guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Production, Marketing, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the sales and business development teams to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
Drive operational excellence, forecasting accuracy, pricing strategy, and customer satisfaction initiatives across the F&F business.

Qualifications & Experience

15+ years of proven leadership experience in Sales/Business Development within the Flavors & Fragrances industry, specifically Aroma Chemicals and Essential Oils.
Strong track record of managing P&L, driving revenue, and scaling business units.
Deep understanding of F&F industry dynamics, aroma chemical product portfolio, customer applications, and international market behavior.
Exceptional client relationship management, negotiation, and strategic key account handling skills.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and forecasting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
