Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Expert to join our team in the F&B service department. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in guest service, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage and coordinate food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality products and excellent presentation.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and complaints.
Continuously monitor and improve service quality to maintain high standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service operations and point-of-sale systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is an asset.
