Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Guest Service Associate to join our Housekeeping team at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in guest service and housekeeping.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Manage and coordinate housekeeping activities to meet guest expectations.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest service and housekeeping in a reputable hotel or resort.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
