Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our Housekeeping team at Oberoi Resort in Shimla. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding guest expectations.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is an asset.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and reaching.
