Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at JW Marriott, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in guest service or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving issues professionally.
Maintain high levels of product knowledge to effectively promote and sell our services.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and escalate potential security threats or incidents to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude towards guests.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest service or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and protocols is required to ensure the safety and security of our premises.
A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred, although other qualifications may be considered.
