Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive to join our team at The Vijayran Palace. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in guest relations or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guests have a positive experience.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
Develop and implement effective guest relation strategies to enhance satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with the management team to improve overall guest experience.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex guest complaints.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
