The CoS will be responsible for optimizing internal operations, streamlining decision-making processes, and overseeing critical projects. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Support to the CEO : Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO. Assist in setting strategic priorities, making recommendations, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Facilitate decision-making by gathering and analyzing information, developing proposals, and preparing presentations. Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings as needed. Project Management : Lead and oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives. Monitor and track progress on key initiatives, identifying potential risks and working with teams to resolve issues. Serve as a bridge between departments, ensuring communication and collaboration across the organization. Operational Excellence : Streamline business processes and optimize resource allocation across the company. Develop metrics to track performance and ensure the company operates at maximum efficiency. Work closely with senior leadership to ensure operational continuity and address any bottlenecks in workflow. Executive Communication : Prepare reports, business updates, and key documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Craft communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring alignment with company tone and strategy. Ensure all executive communication, from board meetings to internal announcements, are handled smoothly. Leadership and Team Management : Provide leadership to a small team of analysts or project managers supporting the Chief of Staff's office. Mentor and develop staff, ensuring continuous improvement and team collaboration. Collaborate with the Human Resources team to manage leadership development and organizational health initiatives. Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Act as a liaison between the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders. Facilitate coordination and communication with key suppliers, partners, and government agencies, especially for regulatory and compliance matters in the automotive industry. Corporate Governance : Support the CEO in preparation for board meetings, including preparation of materials, agenda-setting, and follow-ups. Qualifications and Experience : Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
