We are looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Specialist with deep expertise in the life sciences industry to lead and execute complex implementations of our technology solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of implementation experience, strong technical knowledge, and a proven track record in the life sciences domain. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless deployment, integration, and optimization of Freya Fusion, managing both client expectations and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership : Lead the end-to-end implementation of Freya Fusion, overseeing all phases from project scoping and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and go-live. Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert guidance, managing expectations, and consistently maintain positive relationships to ensure successful adoption of Freya Fusion. Solution Configuration : Collaborate closely with technical teams to configure Freya Fusion according to client specifications, ensuring integration with existing enterprise systems and compliance with industry standards. Data Migration & Compliance : Manage and execute data migration strategies, conducting thorough data validation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Detailed Project Planning : Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and milestones, while actively identifying and mitigating risks. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all implementations meet global regulatory standards relevant to the life sciences industry (FDA, EMA, GxP, etc.), maintaining clear documentation for compliance and audit purposes. Client Training & Post-Implementation Support : Conduct training sessions, develop user guides, and provide continued support to clients to facilitate seamless onboarding and system adoption. Process Improvement : Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve implementation processes, sharing insights to enhance client satisfaction and optimize solution delivery. Required Qualifications: Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Life Sciences regulatory standards are preferred. Extensive Experience : 10+ years of experience in software implementation (SAAS -Preferred), with at least 5 years focused in the life sciences industry (pharmaceuticals, biotech, MedTech, etc.). Technical Expertise : Strong background in implementing SaaS platforms in regulated environments; experience with Regulatory systems/tools in Life Sciences or similar RIMS or regulatory platforms is highly desirable. Project Management Skills : Demonstrated expertise in project management and handling complex, high-stakes projects, using tools like JIRA, Asana, or MS Project. Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth understanding of life sciences regulations and standards, including FDA, EMA, and GxP requirements. Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills : Outstanding client-facing skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to a diverse audience. Problem-Solving & Adaptability : Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving client-specific challenges with a flexible, solutions-oriented approach. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with SAAS platforms in Life Sciences or equivalent regulatory and compliance platforms. Perform Risk Analysis of Project & automation deliverables and work towards mitigation plans. Good experience with various testing types like Functional, Regression, UI/ Usability, Integration testing, etc., Hands-on experience using ADO or any test management tools. Good to Have: Experience in Programming or scripting languages (Java/JS etc.,). Experience in designing automation frameworks (POM, Cucumber BDD, etc.,.). Experience working on CAPAS, Incident Management, FMEA Risk Assessment, Functional Risk Assessment etc., Experience with Vulnerability testing (VAPT). Role & responsibilities Directly responsible for 2 to 3 Team Leads who will internal see 25 to 30 editors Ensure implementation of quality producers. This includes roll out of new procedures, keeping the team updated on client specifications Collaborate with other departments regarding policies and procedures Involvement in QA research and feedback. Channeling internally and externally through: timely follow-up with individuals or/ and the team to ensure the issue at hand is fully addressed and understood Suggest corrective and preventive actions Analyzing error trends and using the data to ensure the targeted group has received the required refresher/training o To improve the overall quality of deliverables by the team and come up with initiatives that increase overall quality and productivity • Identify areas of improvement in team by: o Regularly review and analyze error trends and other quality issues and implement corrective and preventive solutions o Regularly review the QC procedures they are up to date o Improve efficiency o Encourage and implement automation • Ensure the team is updated on the latest software updates and collaborate with the Process Lead/SME to suggest improvements • Represent the QC team in relevant meetings and calls • Team metrics and data organization: o To maintain the teams metrics and present them at monthly performance reviews o Ensure this data is used to display current performance and to ensure adequate capacity for projected volumes o To share this data with team management and the team to improve overall performance • Training and Documentation: Work with trainers and documentation representatives and management: o Organize the training plan for new recruits o Schedule refresher training for the team o Ensure all QC documentations are up to date o Assess documents on a quarterly basis to ensure they are in accordance with Deluxe, client and department expectation • Enforcement: o Ensure all relevant trackers are accurately updated by the team o Ensure that Team Leads are accurate and prompt with their task o To also ensure that established procedures are followed by the team and enforced regularly by the Team Leads • Be involved in business continuity and succession planning, ensuring the next generation of leaders are well groomed, think and act in the desire fashion: o To chart out team members growth in the company, along with Team Leads and managers, and plan for future growth and numbers, promotions, etc, and groom them in accordance with this plan o Work with senior employees individually, if possible, on projects that can bring out their strengths and allow them to develop o Monitor how Team Leads plan their tasks and provide guidance on delegation of tasks and grooming, when required • To ensure smooth and effective communication within the team • Maintain discipline within the team with respect to schedule adherence • To motivate the team and ensure high morale.
