Key Responsibilities: BOQ & Drawing Review: Analyze tender documents, architectural and structural drawings, and BOQs to extract scope and quantify materials. Identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies in BOQs or drawings. Interpret architectural intent and translate it into accurate material and fabrication estimates. Estimation & Costing: Prepare detailed cost estimates for façade elements such as curtain walls, ACP cladding, glazing, doors, windows (aluminium/UPVC/steel), louvers, and associated support systems. Include all direct and indirect costs such as material, fabrication, labour, transportation, installation, scaffolding/access, and wastages.
