As we enter a new growth phase, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to drive scale across users, revenues, and platform impact. Role Overview: The Growth Marketing Manager will lead the charge in driving user acquisition, revenue growth, and digital scalability . This is a cross-functional role blending performance marketing, growth hacking, funnel optimization, monetization strategy, and strategic partnerships to fuel the expansion of the HitFame ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: ๐ฒ User Acquisition & App Downloads Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, UAC, influencer ads) focused on boosting app downloads Run cost-efficient acquisition strategies targeting aspiring artists, creators, and entertainment professionals Launch referral programs, virality campaigns, and creator-led initiatives to increase daily active users ๐ธ Revenue & Premium Package Sales Own revenue KPIs from selling HitFame's Premium and Lead Packages Design conversion funnels to drive upgrades and improve CAC-to-LTV ratio Run targeted email, WhatsApp, and retargeting campaigns to convert free users into paying customers ๐ฏ Lead Conversion & Artist Bookings Collaborate with sales and artist management teams to close high-value artist bookings and premium leads Build conversion flows for artist and celebrity booking inquiries through performance funnels Optimize lead quality, velocity, and sales handoff efficiency ๐ข Digital Events, Campaigns & Workshops Conceptualize and execute online events, workshops, live sessions , and masterclasses to drive engagement and monetization Use events as a growth lever to increase downloads, promote premium features, and generate leads Partner with top creators and coaches to host valuable learning sessions on the platform ๐ Growth Analytics & Optimization Monitor key metrics including CAC, CPM, ROI, churn rate, MRR, and funnel performance A/B test creatives, messaging, landing pages, and offers for maximum performance Use data insights to constantly refine strategy and unlock new growth opportunities ๐ค Collaborations & Strategic Partnerships Identify and drive collaborations with influencers, colleges, training institutes, content creators, and media partners Work with brand partners, agencies, and industry stakeholders to cross-promote features or campaigns Key Skills & Qualifications: 3โ6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles Proven success in driving app installs, conversions, and subscription-based revenue Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, ASO, SEO, WhatsApp campaigns, and CRM tools Strong understanding of entertainment, creator economy, or media-tech ecosystem preferred Ability to work across teams (sales, tech, design, talent) and lead projects independently Data-driven thinker with analytical tools experience (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.) What Youโll Get: Opportunity to lead growth at a fast-scaling entertainment-tech startup Work directly with the Founder and Leadership team Performance-based incentives + potential for ESOPs High-growth career path and exposure to India's digital entertainment landscape Location: New Delhi Show more Show less
