Role Overview:

Growth Marketing Manager

This role will eventually evolve into leading a team of SEO specialists, writers, and digital marketing executives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute growth-focused digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with global business goals.
• Manage content strategy for website, blogs, landing pages, and social platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; generate insights and reports.
• Optimize customer acquisition funnels and improve ROI.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support brand positioning.
• Coordinate with US-based leadership teams for marketing initiatives.
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Guide and support future team members (writers, SEO specialists, digital marketing executives).

Required skills and Qualification:

• 3-6+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and growth strategy.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and analytics tools.
• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or technology domains is a strong advantage.
• Ability to independently plan and execute marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, CRM tools, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with international teams and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with US or international markets.
• Team management or mentoring exposure.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
