Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies that align with company goals and the overall business P&L.
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficiency across all channels.
• Plan, strategize, and launch high-impact campaigns across digital platforms and marketplaces.
• Optimize ROAS/CAC through structured creative and audience testing.
• Oversee retention marketing strategies via CRM tools (e.g., MoEngage for email, SMS, WhatsApp) to drive customer lifetime value and repeat purchases.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visuals across the website, ads, and social media channels.
• Manage influencer collaborations, PR activities, and potentially in-store events to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
• Guide ad creatives, social content, and campaign storytelling aligned to product drops.
• Work closely with tech, product, design, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Recommend actionable insights to management based on regular performance reports and market trends.
• Keep the website launch-ready, including home banners, collections, PDP copy (size, care), and QA of links, prices, and coupons.
• Partner with Operations on prepaid nudges, NDR/RTO levers, and returns communication.
  

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience in D2C e-commerce fashion, preferably menswear/apparel, with proven ownership of campaigns and revenue outcomes.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  

Required Skills :

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Search Console, and CRM platforms like MoEngage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and take full ownership of outcomes.
