Growth & Community Manager


Role Overview

  • Strategize, plan, and execute webinar funnels for growth
  • Present and sell JoiningHands workshops during webinars
  • Coordinate with therapists/facilitators for breakout room experiences
  • Lead all paid programs from demand to enrolment
  • Oversee community engagement, communication, and retention activities

Key Responsibilities


Growth Through Webinars

  • Design and execute weekly/monthly webinar strategies for audience growth.
  • Build webinar frameworks, presentation flow, content, and storytelling elements.
  • Work with performance marketing to align campaigns and messaging.
  • Analyze webinar funnel metrics (registrations → attendance → conversions).


Webinars: Hosting, Sales & Experience

  • Host all major webinars and act as the primary presenter.
  • Present healing concepts, guide audiences, and demonstrate community value.
  • Show testimonials, results, transformations, and workshop outcomes.
  • Lead and manage breakout rooms with 3–4 therapists for live experiences.
  • Deliver a clear, confident sales pitch for the 

    workshops

     or other paid programs.


Paid Program Leadership

  • Own the revenue targets for all paid workshops.
  • Coordinate with facilitators to deliver strong pre-webinar experiences.
  • Track conversions and manage follow-up communication.
  • Optimize sales scripts, webinar flows, and conversion messaging over time.


Community Leadership

  • Oversee the content shared in the JoiningHands community groups.
  • Ensure consistent engagement through posts, stories, reminders, and themes.
  • Introduce smaller micro-webinars or touch points to keep the community active.
  • Collaborate with content creators to design engaging communication.
  • Track community metrics (engagement, participation, retention).


Continuous Improvement & Growth Experiments

  • Study leading growth funnels globally for wellness/education brands.
  • Introduce A/B tests, storytelling improvements, and new growth formats.
  • Maintain dashboards for webinar performance, sales, and community movement.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in 

    growth, marketing, community, webinars, or inside sales

     roles.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills; comfortable being on camera.
  • Experience selling during webinars or live sessions (education or wellness a plus).
  • Ability to design webinar frameworks, content, and scripts.
  • Experience working with communities (WhatsApp/Telegram/Facebook).
  • Good coordination ability to work with multiple facilitators and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to interpret funnel data and improve outcomes.
  • Creative storytelling ability and high emotional intelligence.
  • Based in 

    Mumbai

     and able to travel to office 2/3 times a week.
