Role: Community Manager

front-facing role

Key Responsibilities

Webinar Hosting

• Host daily 

  9 PM webinars/healing sessions

   (Mon–Fri).
• Set the tone, welcome participants, introduce therapists, and close sessions with energy.
• Ensure smooth technical flow across Zoom/TagMango/WhatsApp reminders.

Sales & Community Conversion

• Present and promote therapists’ daily offerings during sessions.
• Drive 

  engagement & conversions

   (signups, renewals, upgrades).
• Track daily responses, conversions, and share reports.

Community Leadership

• Act as the 

  community representative

   — the friendly interface for members.
• Engage with participants on WhatsApp groups, respond to queries, and nurture loyalty.
• Build rapport so members feel connected to JoiningHands, not just the facilitators.

Tech & Process Management

• Use multiple platforms (

  Zoom, TagMango, WhatsApp Business, Razorpay, AI tools

  ) for seamless operations.
• Ensure timely reminders, follow-ups, and post-session recordings are shared.
• Troubleshoot basic tech issues during live webinars.

Key Deliverables (First 6–12 Months)

• Successfully 

  host daily webinars

   with professionalism & consistency.
• Achieve 

  conversion targets

   for daily therapist offerings (to be jointly defined).
• Build a 

  high-engagement WhatsApp community

   with 80%+ daily interaction rates.
• Improve attendee retention & participation rates month-on-month.
• Establish 

  smooth operational systems

   for reminders, follow-ups, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• Based in 

  Mumbai

  ; able to work 

  1 PM – 10 PM

   daily.
• Confident communicator with 

  excellent English & Hindi/Hinglish fluency

  .
• Prior experience in 

  hosting, anchoring, community management, or sales

   is a plus.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with 

  Zoom, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and AI tools

  .
• Energetic, empathetic, and 

  comfortable speaking in front of 100+ people daily

  .
• Self-starter who can take 

  ownership

   of daily webinars and community outcomes.
