Location : On-site (Bangalore / Mumbai) Type : Full-time, On-site Residency About Off The Grid Glamps: We’re not your typical hospitality brand. At Off The Grid Glamps, we design and build experiences that reconnect people with nature. Every glamp we create is an evolving blend of sustainability, design, and raw creativity — from repurposed furniture to open-air kitchens and handcrafted decks. About the Role: We’re looking for someone who loves working with their hands, being outdoors, and building things that last. You’ll be joining Mukund — our in-house maker, builder, and problem-solver — to create sustainable structures and elements that bring our off-grid spaces to life. This isn’t a typical “construction” or “design” job. One day, you might be crafting a table from scrap wood; the next, helping shape a garden deck that blends into the land. If you’re someone who learns by doing and can adapt to different terrains, tools, and ideas — this might be your place. You might be the right fit if you: Love working with tools, materials, and natural elements. Can turn ideas or sketches into real, functional structures. Have a strong sense of quality and finish, no matter the resource constraints. Can think on your feet — problem-solving in the middle of nowhere excites you. Enjoy living close to nature and working outdoors. Nice to have (but not mandatory): Basic experience in carpentry, metalwork, or landscaping. An eye for design, structure, and balance. What you’ll get: The freedom to experiment and create in real environments. A close-knit team that values craftsmanship and authenticity. The satisfaction of seeing your work become part of a living space. A life that’s truly off the grid — close to nature, purpose, and people.
