About the Role:

We’re looking for someone who loves working with their hands, being outdoors, and building things that last. You’ll be joining Mukund — our in-house maker, builder, and problem-solver — to create sustainable structures and elements that bring our off-grid spaces to life.

This isn’t a typical “construction” or “design” job. One day, you might be crafting a table from scrap wood; the next, helping shape a garden deck that blends into the land. If you’re someone who learns by doing and can adapt to different terrains, tools, and ideas — this might be your place.

You might be the right fit if you:

• Love working with tools, materials, and natural elements.
• Can turn ideas or sketches into real, functional structures.
• Have a strong sense of quality and finish, no matter the resource constraints.
• Can think on your feet — problem-solving in the middle of nowhere excites you.
• Enjoy living close to nature and working outdoors.

Nice to have (but not mandatory):

• Basic experience in carpentry, metalwork, or landscaping.
• An eye for design, structure, and balance.
