The Event Facilitator / Emcee position at Off The Grid (OTG) is a full-time contract on-site role located in Bengaluru & Mumbai. As an Event Facilitator / Emcee, you will be responsible for engaging guests, hosting live events, and ensuring the seamless execution of activities. Your key tasks will include planning and coordinating events, interacting with guests to enhance their experiences, and managing event logistics in collaboration with the team. To excel in this role, you should have experience in event facilitation, hosting, and public speaking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage and coordinate event logistics effectively. A creative and energetic personality with a passion for engaging audiences is desired. Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs is crucial for success in this role. Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to work on-site in Bengaluru & Mumbai, usually on weekends. Possessing relevant certifications or training in event management or public speaking would be advantageous.
