Role Overview

We are seeking a Community Manager to handle communication, engagement, EMI follow-ups, testimonials, and pre-recording support for our students/clients. This role ensures high engagement, timely EMI collections, and smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Group Communication & Engagement

Manage and maintain active communication within community groups.

Share important updates, announcements, reminders, and guidance regularly.

Ensure consistent engagement and responsiveness within the community.

2. Follow-up & Reminder Calls

Make regular follow-up calls to ensure:

Timely EMI payments

Participation in live sessions and tasks

Completion of required activities

3. EMI Collection Performance

Coordinate and support EMI-related communication.

Earn 10–15% of collected EMI as performance-based incentive.

Maintain accuracy and professional tone during financial follow-ups.

4. Case Study & Testimonial Collection

Collect client/student success stories.

Submit approved case studies/testimonials to earn additional bonus.

Maintain documentation and organize submissions.

5. Pre-Recording Support (Sales, Offer, Positioning)

Assist in managing pre-recordings related to:

Sales

Offer creation

Positioning modules

Ensure all recordings are organized, clear, and delivered on time.

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to handle follow-ups with professionalism.

Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented personality.

Experience in community management or customer success is a plus.

Compensation

Monthly base salary

EMI incentives (10–15%)

₹2,000 bonus per approved testimonial/case study
