Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling communications, performing data entry, and assisting with project management. Additional tasks may include researching, preparing reports, and supporting digital marketing efforts. The role is based in Jaipur, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and email management
• Experience with project management and research
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
