We work closely with founders, business owners, and leadership teams to build organic visibility, brand authority, AI search visibility, and content-driven growth systems.

Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized, sharp, and creative individual who can take ownership of:

• Client meeting documentation and strategic note-taking
• Creative writing & content strategy development
• Social media content strategy and planning
• Video scripting for marketing campaigns
• Operations and internal documentation
• Virtual assistance for marketing & process management

NOT a passive observation internship

• Real strategy discussions
• Content planning and ideation sessions
• Social media campaign development
• Video content scripting and storytelling
• Execution tracking and follow-through

This is a paid internship

Qualifications

• Exceptional Writing & Communication Skills

You must have strong English writing skills and the ability to confidently convert meeting discussions, raw notes, and AI-generated transcripts into clear, structured, human-friendly reports. You should be comfortable listening to business conversations and accurately capturing key ideas, decisions, and action points without losing context or meaning.

• Content Strategy & Creative Thinking

You should have a natural ability to think creatively about content, whether it's crafting social media posts, developing content calendars, scripting engaging videos, or brainstorming campaign ideas. We need someone who can contribute strategically, not just execute tasks.

• Listening & Comprehension

The ideal candidate has excellent listening skills and a natural talent for identifying what truly matters in a discussion. Attention to detail is critical, as this role involves documenting strategies, tracking execution, and ensuring nothing important is missed or misinterpreted.

• Tech-Savvy & Self-Directed

You must be comfortable working in a remote setup and using collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Notion, and Slack, or be willing to learn them quickly. The ability to work independently, follow processes, and manage time responsibly is essential.

• Professionalism & Reliability

Professionalism is a strict requirement. You must be punctual for meetings, handle confidential information responsibly, communicate clearly, and maintain a high level of reliability while working with international clients (US-focused).

• Genuine Interest in Digital Marketing

You should have a genuine interest in writing, content strategy, social media marketing, or digital business operations. While prior experience is not mandatory, candidates with backgrounds in content writing, journalism, marketing, communications, or documentation-heavy roles will be given preference.

Bonus Points

• Experience with social media content planning and scheduling
• Video scripting or storytelling experience
• Exposure to blogging, SEO basics, or research-based writing
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
• Understanding of platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
