Role Description

high-energy Virtual Assistant

You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support (data entry, scheduling, email & calendar management)
• Managing communications and coordinating with teams/clients
• Assisting with project management and research tasks
• Supporting digital marketing efforts and campaign execution
• Creating and editing

  content for social media, reports, and presentations

• Wearing multiple hats, hustling, and actively contributing to Nexusify’s growth trajectory

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in

  content writing & documentation

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques
• Experience with project management and research
• Ability to

  multitask, adapt quickly, and thrive under pressure

• Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)

• Willingness to learn, high growth mindset, and strong learning spirit

• Must embrace

  hustle culture

  and be prepared for bigger leadership roles in future
• Must be from

  Jaipur or willing to relocate

Compensation & Growth

• Internship (First 3 Months):

  ₹5,000/month + performance-based incentives

• Post Internship (Full-Time):

  ₹15,000–₹30,000/month (depending on performance & experience)
