Company Description COSMIC ESSENCE EDUCATION teaches Entrepreneurship to High School Students. We believe that in a world where everything changes quickly, entrepreneurship is one skill that will never change. And we wish to inculcate this skill into students at an early age. Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Virtual Assistant based in Jaipur, allowing for some work from home. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, conducting research, and providing general support to the team. Qualifications Administrative skills, including scheduling and correspondence handling Email and Message handling, especially with Clients and Leads. Appointment Setting. Proficiency in research and data gathering Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting Familiarity with health care industry practices is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and virtual communication tools High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
