Community Manager

As a Community Manager at UniLiv, your role will revolve around being the central point of contact for residents, ensuring they feel at home while fostering a vibrant community. Your responsibilities will include: - Building strong resident relationships and driving engagement within the community. - Organizing events and initiatives that create a sense of belonging among residents. - Coordinating with operations, housekeeping, security, and F&B to deliver seamless service. - Managing support requests and resolving complaints efficiently via UniLiv platforms. - Assisting the sales and marketing teams with property tours and resident storytelling. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-4 years of experience in hospitality, events, co-living, or community management. - Energetic, empathetic, and resident-first approach. - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/regional language. - Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
