Community Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining CosaNostra Live Entertainment Pvt Ltd as a full-time on-site Community Manager in Gurugram. Your main responsibility will be to analyze audience trends, behaviours, and patterns to enhance their lives through live entertainment experiences. You will conduct on-ground research, surveys, and prospect shortlisting, curate events, manage social media communication, and collaborate with various stakeholders to create engaging content and memorable experiences for the community. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and identify trends, patterns, and behaviours of the target audience - Analyze audience values and transform perceptions of live entertainment - Conduct on-ground research, surveys, and prospect shortlisting - Curate events tailored to audience interests - Manage social media communication - Build a community platform - Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging content and experiences Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of audience behaviours, preferences, and trends, especially among college students and young professionals - Creative mindset for conceptualizing and planning memorable events - Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative research - Content creation skills, including writing engaging posts and working with designers - Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners - Knowledge of the live events or entertainment industry is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills and creativity - Ability to build a relevant community tech platform - Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field,
