Job Overview The Front Office Associate is the face of the property — responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for guests. This role involves handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently, managing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests upon arrival with professionalism and courtesy. Manage check-in, check-out, and reservation processes smoothly using the property management system (PMS). Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Maintain accurate guest records and billing information. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness and guest requests. Handle payments, invoices, and daily cash reconciliation. Upsell rooms, food & beverage, and in-house activities when appropriate. Manage complaints and resolve guest issues with patience and empathy. Ensure lobby and reception areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. Assist with administrative tasks such as daily reports, occupancy tracking, and inventory coordination.
