We are looking for a skilled Continental Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing and presenting Continental cuisine with consistency, creativity, and high standards of hygiene. The role involves daily food preparation, maintaining kitchen operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a wide range of Continental dishes (salads, soups, pastas, grills, baked items, sauces, eggs, etc.).
Develop and maintain high-quality food standards, taste, and presentation.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and portion control.
Ensure all dishes are prepared on time during service hours.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
Monitor stock levels; coordinate with the store/management for fresh supplies.
Follow proper food handling, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when needed.
Ensure minimum wastage and efficient kitchen operations.
Maintain equipment, report any repairs and breakdowns promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
