Job Summary: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content across various platforms to build brand awareness, drive audience engagement and support marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends, content marketing best practices, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced live entertainment environment. Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc). Create and schedule engaging social media content, including text posts, images, videos and stories. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity and audience feedback to optimize content and engagement. Manage social media communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on key insights and recommendations. Content Creation: Write compelling and informative content for various platforms, including blog posts, website copy, newsletters, captions and marketing materials. Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content. Conduct thorough research on industry trends and topics to create high-quality, relevant content. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies and campaigns. Create engaging video scripts and assist in the production of video content. Content Strategy & Planning Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery. Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas that align with the company's brand and goals. Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing and social media trends. Optimize content for SEO. Community Engagement: Encourage and build a strong online community. Interact with fans and followers in a way that promotes brand loyalty. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field. Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Passion for the entertainment industry. Experience with SEO best practices. Video editing and production experience is a plus. Desired Skills: Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Experience with video editing software. Knowledge of SEO best practices. A strong understanding of the companies target demographic.
