Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, optimizing content across platforms, creating and managing campaigns, and monitoring performance metrics. The individual will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging content and foster interactions with the audience to grow and maintain an active online presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills
• Proficiency in Writing and creating compelling social media content
• Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies for improved performance
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their trends
• Proactive, creative mindset with attention to detail
• Experience in marketing or branding roles, preferably with agencies, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
