Social Media Manager

ROLE AND Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social media presence. You will be responsible for skyrocketing our growth on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube by leveraging cutting-edge strategies and AI tools.

If you know how to hack the algorithm, create viral content, and use AI to speed up workflows, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand reach across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Content Creation: End-to-end content creation including Reels, Shorts, static posts, and carousels. You must be able to write catchy captions and hooks that stop the scroll.
• AI Implementation: actively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva Magic, InVideo) to generate high-quality content, scripts, and visuals efficiently.
• Video Editing: Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or AI video editors to boost watch time.
• Community Management: Engage with our community by responding to comments and DMs promptly, fostering a loyal audience.
• Analytics: Track and analyze performance metrics (Reach, CTR, Engagement Rate) weekly and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral audio, and algorithm changes in India and globally.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:

  0-5 years of proven experience in Social Media Management or Content Creation.

• Platform Mastery:

  Deep understanding of Instagram (Reels trends), Facebook (Ad Manager basics is a plus), and YouTube (SEO & Shorts).

• AI Proficiency:

  Hands-on experience with AI tools for copywriting (ChatGPT/Jasper), design (Midjourney/Canva), and video (InVideo/Descript).

• Skills:

  Excellent command of English (Copywriting), Video Editing, Graphic Design basics (Canva/Photoshop), and Social Media Analytics.

• Soft Skills:

  Creative thinker, self-starter, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
