Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager at CosaNostra Live in Gurugram. He/She will be responsible to understand and identify trends, patterns, behaviours of the target audience, analyse what values we can add to their lives and transform the way people perceive live entertainment. He/She will be responsible for on ground research, survey, prospect understanding and shortlisting, event curation, social media communication, building community platform and work closely with different stakeholders to create memorable experiences and content for the community.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of audience behaviours, preferences, and trends, especially among college students and young professionals.

• Creative mindset for conceptualising and planning memorable events tailored to the audience's interests.

• Proficiency in conducting qualitative and quantitative research to identify audience trends and opportunities.

• Content creation skills, including writing engaging posts and working with designers to produce visuals.

• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners effectively.

• Knowledge of the live events or entertainment industry is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity

• Build a relevant community tech platform for the community

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology or related field
