Community Manager

Loksha Hospitality, franchise owners of Zostel Pondicherry, is looking for a dedicated and people-focused Female Community Manager to lead guest engagement and enhance the overall hostel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a positive, welcoming environment for guests
• Plan and conduct community activities and engagement initiatives
• Interact with travellers and ensure a high-quality guest experience
• Support check-in and check-out processes as required
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily functioning
• Maintain brand standards and uphold the Zostel community culture

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidate with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with diverse groups
• Interest in hospitality, travel, and community-building
• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks responsibly
• Prior experience in hospitality or community management is an advantage but not mandatory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
