You will oversee the seamless operation of our coworking space, fostering a thriving community while achieving key revenue and operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Community Building & Engagement: Create a collaborative, welcoming, and energetic environment for members through regular events, workshops, and networking opportunities. Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs to deliver personalized support. Partner with local businesses and organizations to enhance community offerings and engagement. Sales & Revenue Management: Drive sales efforts, including upselling and new member acquisition, to meet or exceed revenue targets monthly, quarterly, and annually. Manage renewals and collections efficiently, ensuring timely payments and high retention rates. Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services or event spaces to members. Operations & Vendor Management: Oversee the daily operations of the space, ensuring it remains professional, clean, and inspiring.
