Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design comprehensive training programs, workshops, and bootcamps focused on building services. Instruction & Mentorship: Deliver engaging sessions that cover the entire lifecycle of building engineering, from planning and procurement to execution and handover. Process & Best Practices: Teach established SOPs, industry standards, and efficient workflows, drawing from your experience. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools, software, and methodologies specific to the building engineering industry. Teaching Experience: Demonstrated experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting workshops/training sessions is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex processes into clear, actionable guidance. Help participants feel heard, supported, and excited to be part of the Designopolis ecosystem. 2. Own Community Communication (Socials, Email, Comments) Act as the primary point of contact between our customers and the company. Respond to queries, comments, messages on social/media/email with a friendly, solution-first approach. Maintain Designopolis’ voice and ensure fast, meaningful interactions with our audience. 3. Build & Manage the Designopolis “Third Space” Spearhead a dedicated online space where community members can interact, learn, collaborate and support each other.
