Your mission is to create an inclusive, positive, and unforgettable social experience for every traveler who walks through our doors. You’ll plan events, foster guest interactions, and bring our community to life, online and offline! Key Responsibilities: 1. Guest Engagement & Vibe Curation • Welcome guests, help them settle in, and make introductions to create a warm, inclusive atmosphere • ⁠Actively foster community building among travelers through one-on-one and group interactions • ⁠Be the go-to person for guests for everything from local recommendations to chill hangouts 2. Event Planning & Execution • Organize and host daily/weekly events: game nights, jam sessions, yoga, local walks, outdoor activities, etc. • ⁠Partner with local artists, musicians, chefs, and tour guides for immersive guest experiences • ⁠Ensure events reflect the local culture and Monkey Tribe’s playful, social identity 3. Content & Social Media Support • Capture and share daily happenings via photos/videos for use on social media • ⁠Work with the central marketing team to highlight events, guest stories, and behind-the-scenes content • ⁠Respond to tags, stories, and comments when needed from the property account 4. Editing & Post-Production: Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. Retouch photos and ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms.
