About the Role

Property Manager

What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day operations (from front desk to housekeeping and everything in between).
Make sure every guest feels at home (and leaves with a smile).
Lead and motivate your awesome on-site crew.
Organize fun events and activities to keep the Tribe spirit alive.
Coordinate with the central team for bookings, marketing, and reports.
Keep the property neat, lively, and running like a charm.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in hospitality or hostel management is a big plus.
Great people skills (friendly, positive, and a natural leader)
Fluent in English (bonus points if you know more languages!).
Loves travel, community, and creating unforgettable experiences.
Ready to take charge and make Monkey Tribe Alleppey the go-to spot for backpackers.
