Your job is to build the digital system that moves people across this journey—from first experience to transformation. ⸻ 🎯 Role Objective To design, build, and manage the entire customer funnel — starting from the Daily Deep Healing sessions (₹199 entry point) to the high-ticket facilitator programs (₹1L+). Your goal is to optimize the path from awareness → engagement → healing → learning → advocacy. ⸻ 🔧 Key Responsibilities Funnel Strategy & Build-Out • Create end-to-end marketing and product funnels across platforms (Web, WhatsApp, Email, TagMango, Razorpay, Substack) • Design user journeys from discovery to conversion to retention • Map funnels to each product level: Entry (₹199), Mid-Ticket (₹5K–₹25K), and High-Ticket (₹1L–₹2L) Campaign & Lead Management • Plan, launch, and optimize paid and organic campaigns • Create lead magnets, landing pages, and onboarding sequences • Work closely with facilitators to script engaging hooks and nurture flows Conversion Optimization • Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, audience segmentation, retargeting • Create and monitor CTAs, upsells, cross-sells within sessions, emails, and communities Analytics & Reporting • Use data to track conversion, CAC, retention, LTV • Identify drop-off points and improve the user journey Brand & Messaging • Ensure every piece of content, ad, or message aligns with our systemic and healing ethos • Bring out the emotional and spiritual value of our work in all funnel touchpoints ⸻ 💡 You Should Be Someone Who: • Has 3–6 years of experience in funnel marketing, digital growth, or product marketing • Has managed ₹199-type funnels leading to ₹1L+ programs • Understands spiritual / healing communities or is personally aligned with that space • Can write soulful copy with clarity and depth • Understands tools like TagMango, ConvertKit, Meta Ads, Razorpay, Google Analytics, Substack, WhatsApp Business • Can collaborate deeply with creative, tech, facilitation, and sales teams ⸻ ✨ Bonus if You: • Have done Family Constellation work or are familiar with systemic healing • Are a Substack reader or write yourself • Have led funnels for coaching, wellness, or spiritual brands ⸻ ❤️ Why Join Us ? • Work with a purpose-led brand that’s changing lives at a soul leve l • Be at the forefront of a ₹100 Cr spiritual learning ecosyste m • Collaborate with a visionary team of healers, designers, marketers, and mentor s • Enjoy creative freedom, soulful conversations, and transformational growt h
