Key Responsibilities

Content & Copywriting

• Write 8 -

  10 engaging email pieces per week

   (nurture, story, promotional, and healing themes).
• Draft 

  copy for ads, landing pages, and creatives

   in collaboration with the design and performance teams.
• Write 

  organic posts

   for JoiningHands’ social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Substack).
• Convert healing themes, success stories, and inner work concepts into relatable narratives.

Email & Campaign Management

• Execute email campaigns via 

  ConvertKit / Substack

   or similar tools.
• Manage lists, segment audiences, and track open & click rates.
• Optimize copy based on performance insights.

Visual & Social Content

• Use 

  Canva

   to design clean, brand-consistent creatives and posts.
• Assist with short-form videos, carousels, and graphic storytelling.
• Post and engage on 

  LinkedIn

   — growing Hitesh Bhatia’s and JoiningHands’ presence.

Key Deliverables (First 6 Months)

• Deliver 

  ~40 email pieces per month

   with consistent brand voice.
• Create 

  2–3 ad copy sets per week

   for ongoing campaigns.
• Maintain 

  weekly LinkedIn activity

   (posts + engagement).
• Improve email 

  open rates by 15%

   and CTR by 10%.
• Build a 

  Canva-based content library

   of templates for faster creation.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in 

  content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing

  .
• Strong storytelling ability — clear, relatable, and emotionally intelligent writing style.
• Proficiency with 

  Canva

   and basic familiarity with email tools like 

  ConvertKit / Mailchimp / Substack

  .
• Comfortable with 

  LinkedIn

   – writing posts, engaging, and growing presence.
• Basic understanding of 

  Facebook/Instagram ad copywriting

  .
• Based in 

  Mumbai

  , available to work 

  1 PM – 10 PM

  , and come to office 

  2–3 times a week

  .
• Interest in 

  healing, spirituality, or self-growth

   is a huge plus.
