Growth Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy. In this role, you'll develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new subscribers while building our brand presence. You'll work directly with the CEO and design team to showcase our services and communicate our value to potential clients.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition.
• Manage digital marketing channels including paid ads, SEO, content marketing, and email.
• Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts across our website and sales funnel.
• Create and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user experience.
• Build and maintain our content calendar for blog, social media, and email.
• Develop customer segmentation and personalized marketing campaigns.
• Track marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Coordinate with our design team to ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Manage SEO during website redesign to maintain rankings and organic traffic.
• Manage marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Oversee our website content and user experience.
  

• 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Understanding of design terminology, processes, and industry standards.
• Appreciation for design principles and ability to effectively communicate with creative teams.
• Proven track record growing B2B subscription services.
• Strong experience with digital marketing channels (paid search, social media advertising)
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and attribution modeling.
• Experience with content marketing and SEO
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Understanding of SEO best practices during website redesigns
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Strong project management abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
