The Role – In One Line

Own everything that gets us from 0 → 5–10 lakh real users using ₹12–15 lakh total marketing budget in the first 6–9 months — paid ads + creators + WhatsApp virality + referrals + community + ASO + jugaad.

You will be the single most important hire we ever make.

What You’ll Actually Do Every Day

• Run paid acquisition on Meta, Google UAC, YouTube Shorts, ShareChat, Moj, Josh and every platform that delivers < ₹40 CPI in India
• Onboard and manage 50–150 Reels/Shorts creators every month (₹3k–₹15k per video, performance-linked payout)
• Build & execute zero-budget growth hacks — WhatsApp viral loops, referral contests, college ambassadors, Telegram communities, rating/review hacking
• Own ASO (icons, screenshots, keywords, review management) for Play Store + App Store India
• Set up and obsess over the full analytics stack from Day 1 (AppsFlyer free plan → Google Sheets → daily cohort dashboards)
• Pump out or manage 50–100 new creatives every week (memes, Bollywood hooks, regional languages, UGC style)
• Work directly with the founder every single day — no layers, no agency, no bureaucracy

Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)

• 2–6 years hands-on growth experience with consumer apps/games in India
• You have personally taken at least one app to 5 lakh+ downloads with ₹30–60 CPI range
• Proven track record running Meta + Google + YouTube + native networks in India
• You can show real screenshots/dashboards: “I spent ₹6–10 lakh and got X installs at Y CPI with Z ROAS/retention”
• Fluent in Hinglish + at least one regional language is a big bonus
• Extreme jugaad + data obsession — you hate wasting even ₹1,000

Huge Bonus If You

• Can shoot & edit Reels/Shorts yourself
• Already have a list of 100+ performing creators
• Have built viral WhatsApp/referral loops before
• Previously worked in social, gaming, matrimony, edtech, fintech or hyper-local apps

Compensation & Upside (Very Transparent)

• Salary: We pay at the top of your current/last salary if you’re a proven 10x player
• Equity

– 0.5% guaranteed (4-yr vesting, 1-yr cliff)

– Additional 0.5% milestone equity → 0.25% instantly fully vested the day we hit ≥1.5 lakh downloads (but before April 2026) + next 0.25% over 4 years

• Hybrid (1-day from home)
